- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and orders
- Lead and motivate the warehouse staff
- Responsibility for checking orders are correct before allowing to be dispatched
- Responsibility for ensuring the warehouse is tidy, clean and safe at all times
- Use of a FLT Counterbalance
- Management of regular stock-takes and reporting stock levels
Experience and Skills:
- FLT licence is required
- Leadership and team management skills
- Quick decision-making skills
- Ability to efficiently manage inventory levels, track stock movements
- Experience in cost control and budget management is desirable
- Warehouse management experience is essential
- The role will be working at times in a chilled and frozen environment- candidates must be prepared to work in cold temperatures
