Job Description
- Oversee the end-to-end flow of wooden garden panel products from manufacturing to dispatch
- Optimize warehouse layout, picking processes, and replenishment strategies
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse workers across replenishment, picking, and loading functions
- Implement process improvements to increase output per head by 20%
- Maintain strict location discipline and ensure accurate inventory management
- Collaborate with production, sales, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment
