Job description: We have an exciting opportunity to work with a busy Logistics company based on the outskirts of Stowmarket on a permanent basis, 08:30-17:00.

Our client has recently taken on new exciting business leading to the expansion of their warehouse team; therefore are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join them full time.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Picking and packing
• Use of an electronic hand scanner gun
• Handballing
• Labelling stock
• Manoeuvring stock within the warehouse
• Basic data entry
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Unpackaging large loads

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience working in a busy distribution and/or logistics warehouse
• Ability to use their own initiative where necessary
• Understanding of health and safety within the workplace
• Good level of English, both written and verbal
• Up to date Forklift licenses and experience – Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck (not vital however advantageous)
