Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to source a fulltime & permanent Warehouse Operative for a valued client in Dorchester, Dorset.

  • a salary of £24,960 to £25,792 PA (£12 to £12.40 per hour), dependant on your experience and performance at interview.
  • a fully paid for opportunity to undertake Counterbalance Forklift training, worth circa £750, subject to a training agreement.
  • a family friendly working pattern, of Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour contract and a 20-minute paid ‘on shift’ lunch break.
  • flexible working hours in line with your needs. Our client is more than happy for you to work 0600hrs to 1400hrs or 0830hrs to 1630hrs or anytime in between.
  • a workplace pension scheme with a 5%/3% Employee/Employer split.
  • 28 days, including Bank Holidays, of annual leave per annum.
  • on site free parking in a central location in Dorchester, Dorset.

Still interested? In return for these excellent benefits our client is looking for a candidate who:

  • ideally has previous warehousing/logistics experience. Although a valid Counterbalance Forklift (FLT) License/Certificate, accredited by RTITB/ITSSAR, would be preferrable, not to worry our client will train you up!
  • wants to work in a highly successful & unique production facility/warehouse. Expect to be booking goods in, putting stock away, regularly checking stock levels and picking/distributing orders. A lot of your work will include picking recently manufactured stock and palletising/wrapping it ready for distribution including loading onto HGVs via FLT.
  • is a flexible person. At times you might be required to support our client’s production efforts.
  • is physically fit.
  • is comfortable with Microsoft Office. Our client is more than happy to teach their other software systems.
  • works well in a team and individually.
  • is an excellent communicator.
  • has an eye for detail, is a problem solver and is highly organised.
