Our client specialises within Engineered Electronics, and this role would suit someone with a previous background in warehousing or production work.

Based in Gloucestershire, our client is a world-renowned supplier and manufacturer of their trade.

As a Warehouse operative you’ll be a crucial part of the business to ensure customers receive high quality products and efficient service.

This Warehouse Operative role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Picking components from stock before moving orders to shop floor
  • Ensuring paperwork is aligned and filled out accurately supporting orders logged via an ERP System
  • Managing the receiving of orders
  • Loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Completing stock control checks and monitoring inventory levels
  • Preparing and conducting customer stock takes if required
  • Using picking sheets and scanners.
  • Working to set deadlines.
  • Working as a team to achieve goals and supporting warehouse management on selected tasks.
  • General warehouse cleansing to ensure a clean workspace.
  • Quality checking for damaged or missing items
  • Picking and Packing orders
  • Cross checking paperwork

The ideal candidate for this Warehouse Operative vacancy will have:

  • Previous warehouse exposure in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK Driving License due to rural location
  • Effective communicator
  • Enjoys working as part of a team all working towards one goal as well as individually
  • Keen interest to develop and learn

Expected salary: £24000 per year
