Our commitment extends to handling certificates and documents, maintaining a readily accessible and updated database. This ensures our customers can conveniently download all relevant certificates and documents pertaining to the provided PPE.

Your New Role
In this position, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of warehouse tasks aimed at efficiently overseeing the reception, storage, picking, packing, loading, and shipping of PPE products to customers and service stations. Our operational processes, coupled with a commitment to high-quality service, form the foundation of customer satisfaction. We prioritize swift delivery while maintaining stringent safety standards to uphold a secure working environment.
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure that the candidate becomes proficient in inspecting all PPE and equipment, thereby qualifying as a competent and successful individual in this role.
Job Role
- Carry out inspection of PPE and equipment for rental purposes
- Produce self-certifications for the rental use of Helippe’s PPE and equipment
- Prioritize work to ensure critical tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate servicing and inspections of Helippe’s and customers own PPE and equipment when required, with third party providers
- Ensure proper storage and recording of all equipmentin our system.
- The remaining daily hours involved with retuning, cleaning and certify PPE and equipment ready for hire
- Warehouse receiving, storage, packing, loading and shipping activities
- Small administrational duties would be included in day work
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria:
- Educated to High School / Further Education
- 7 – 12 months general experience of understanding and applying procedures or systems
- Valid Full UK driving license
- Ideally, knowledge or experience in inspection and handling of PPE and equipment, Training will be provided
