Job description: My client based in Haddenham is looking a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team!
You will be responsible for picking, packing and labelling products. You will also cut, test, and help build antennas within the warehouse. This role does involve counterbalance forklift driving, so previous experience would be beneficial, but is not essential as training would be provided.
Skills:
- Teamwork – Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the team to complete tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail – Accurate record keeping, precise order picking, and meticulous inventory management are crucial aspects of the role that demand attention to detail
- Organisational skills – Effective organisation of inventory, products, and storage areas to optimise space and streamline processes
- Time management – To complete tasks within deadlines and contribute to the overall productivity in the warehouse
- Problem solving- The ability to quickly identify and address issues
- Safety awareness – A strong commitment to safety protocols to prevent accidents

This position is Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
