Job description: Our well known client based in Great Gransden, near Sandy, are looking for Warehouse Operative’s to join their busy and exciting team, on a Temporary basis, however may fruition to a Permanent placement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive Warehouse experience, looking to progress further in their career.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-17:00pm.
The pay rate for the role is £12.50 per hour.
Role requirements for a Warehouse Operative are:
– Forklift (Counterbalance) & Warehouse experience is a must
– Excellent communication skills
– A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude
– Keen eye for detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
– Strong ability to follow instructions
Role responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative are:
– You’ll support our teams with a variety of work, from picking, packing, processing to stock control and quality assurance
– Physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking
– Re-palletising and Labelling
– Accurately load parcels & pallets on vehicle
– Prepare orders for dispatch
– Receive & Check goods in and return
– Preserving a clean and safe working environment
– Strong coordination, Organisation, Time management, and Documentation skills
