Job description: Great opportunity to work as a Freezer Warehouse Operative at our client’s busy site in Northampton.
The rate of pay is £14.00 – £16.30 per hour.
Overtime is available at this site paid at £20.48 – £22.78 per hour.
This is a full-time role working rotational days, afternoons and nights, 5 out of the 7. The hours of work are:
– 6am to 2pm
– 2pm to 10pm
Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided.
Your Time at Work
The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include:
– Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman
– Working to meet customer performance standards
– Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
– Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Our ideal Freezer Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential.
Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided.
Punctuality, basic numeracy along a communicative level of English are essential for this role.
