Our Crawley based client is looking for hardworking and reliable, Warehouse Operatives to work in the busy packing department.
Benefits of working as a Warehouse Operative

• Competitive pay rates: £12.27 per hour, rising to £13.65 after 12 weeks
• 4 on 4 of shift pattern (6am-6pm) Days only
• Holiday accrual system
• On site parking, as well as being commutable via public transport.
• Temporary to permanent opportunity

Duties of a Packing Operative:

• Following different packing specifications depending on the destination of the goods
• Use of the in-house computer system and label printing software
• Packing, boxing, and palletising goods for distribution around the world
• Labelling packaging and Checking Batch Numbers
• Manual handling (constant bending, lifting and stacking)

What we are looking for:

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge, confidence and ability to use computer systems
• Good communication skills both written and spoken
• This is a physically demanding role with constant bending, lifting, and stacking.
