We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join a small, tight-knit team in the Stourport area. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the efficiency and smooth operation of the warehouse facility. Please note a UK Driving licence and Forklift Licence is essential.
The Duties of a Warehouse Operative:
” Inspect and accurately record incoming shipments of goods
” Organise and store products within the warehouse using the Forklift
” Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labelling items accurately
” Use the Forklift to assist with loading and unloading containers
” Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse, following health and safety regulations
The Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:
” Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
” Confident in operating warehouse equipment, such as a Forklift
” Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
” Heavy lifting may be required
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, with the right attitude towards both work and colleagues. This role offers the opportunity for a Permanent contract at the end of a successful 13 week trial period.
