We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, Warehouse Operative to join our friendly warehouse team at our impressive distribution centre in Bacup.
You will be instrumental in supporting our growing warehouse. Our distribution centre is the beating heart of our e-commerce operations – here you will be faced with fast paced work playing a pivotal role in our customers experience all in the company of a great, energetic and supportive team!
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, we aim to multi skill you in various areas of the warehouse departments.
Goods In:
- Taking Deliveries
- Checking and booking in stock
- Unloading containers
- Communicating with different departments to find resolutions
Warehouse:
- Stock replenishment
- Problem-solving stock issues
- General warehouse operative duties
- Good housekeeping
- Forklift duties (Training will be provided)
- Working with Excel and our WMS to investigate stock issues and come up with solutions.
- Ensuring all Health and safety standards are always maintained.
- Creating custom cables.
Dispatch:
- Picking and packing of orders ready to be dispatched around the globe
- Attention to detail to ensure all items are picked correctly using the correct picking process and parcels being sent out to customers looking professional, as customer satisfaction is our goal.

Role Requirements – To be successful in your application, please ensure that your experience aligns with the following:
- Previous warehouse experience is not essential as training can be given
- Strong team player
- Good level of communication
- Good numeracy, literacy skills and computer literate
- Punctual & reliable work ethic
- Self-motivated
- Methodical
- Good level of fitness
Useful information
The warehouse is operational from 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday and Saturday 10:00 – 16:30. You will be required to work a total of 5 days a week which will include 2/3 saturdays a month
During our busy Christmas peak season, there may be a requirement to work some extended shifts.
Full training and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including boots will be provided.
