For the successful Warehouse Operative our client is offering:
i. Pay rate £12.58 per hour
ii. Night shift , 35 hours a week, 00:30am-08:30am
iii. Plenty of overtime opportunities available
iv. Opportunity to go permanent for the right candidates
v. Free parking on site
The Role – Warehouse Operative:
i. The role involves a variety of tasks including manual lifting of parcels, sorting into bays
ii. Loading and unloading vehicles.
iii. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a secure and efficient working environment
iv. Meet daily targets and deadlines to fulfil the demand for timely parcel deliveries.
v. Manual handling
vi. Sort and organize parcels efficiently, following established procedures and ensuring accurate distribution
What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Operative:
i. Previous experience in parcel handling or a similar role is beneficial.
ii. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
iii. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
iv. Good communication skills
v. A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude
vi. The ability to accurately follow instructions
