We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in West Thurrock, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Costa Coffee. This is a multi-temperature environment, meaning you will be working across different temperature zones.
You will be working 12-hour shifts, covering the hours of 06:00 to 18:00, on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. By working on this schedule, you will have the advantage of extended time off and a structured work-life balance.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Working in a multi-temperature environment while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards
- Picking goods from cages into totes using a scanner
- Cross docking stock onto vehicles
- Inputting data using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
