Job description: Warehouse OperativePlympton, PL7Temporary ongoingDo you want to join an Award-Winning National retailer?gap personnel are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for our client who specialise in furniture on the outskirts of Plymouth.This site is accessible via public transport.As a Warehouse Operative your key duties will include:
- Picking and Packing orders – checking deliveries on to the system
- Receiving goods in
- Visual inspection checks
- Reporting any defects on products
- Offloading and loading vehicles
About you:
- Previous Warehouse or home deliveries experience (desirable)
- Good organisation
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Strong communication skills
- Able to meet strict deadlines and KPIs
- Manual Handling –Heavy Lifting.
Working hours and pay rates:
- Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week) 0900am to 1800pm
- £11.98 per hour
