Job description: We have an opportunity for candidates interested in a Temporary to Permanent Warehouse Operative Position. Located in York.This is full time ongoing role Monday to Friday on day shift.Hourly rate is £11.44 per hour.Some duties as a warehouse operative:
- Execute warehouse tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and targets.
- Dispatch, packing and picking items.
- Wrapping, using wrap machine.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is essential,
- Heavy lifting and Manual Handling
- Dispatch experience is essential,
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
