My client based in Haddenham is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team!

You will be responsible for picking, packing and labelling products. You will also cut, test, and help build antennas within the warehouse. This role does involve counterbalance forklift driving so previous experience would be beneficial, but not essential.

Skills:

• Teamwork – Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the team to complete tasks efficiently

• Attention to detail – Accurate record-keeping, precise order picking, and meticulous inventory management are crucial aspects of the role that demand attention to detail

• Organisational skills – Effective organisation of inventory, products, and storage areas to optimise space and streamline processes

• Time management – To complete tasks within deadlines and contribute to the overall productivity of the warehouse

• Problem Solving – The ability to quickly identify and address issues

• Safety Awareness – A strong commitment to safety protocols to prevent accidents

This position is Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
