Job description: Our client, based in Wilnecote Tamworth has a requirement for a Warehouse Operative on Days. Permanent opportunities after a successful trial period. Duties will include keeping Warehouse / perimeter clean and tidy. Preparing and dispatching orders to customers. Loading of shipments/deliveries. Manual and FLT. Driving / Collections. Handing purchase order receipts / put away on system. Physically locating stock within the warehouse -Bin locations on the system and labelling of stock/none stock. Physical stock checks. Non stock reorder requests. Preparing orders for dispatch. Printing paperwork, picking parts, packing & booking on the system. Checking for any new orders on the system able to dispatch. Loading of all outgoing shipments/deliveries to customers either manually handling or with use of pallet / forklift truck. Making sure stock cards are filled out correctly and that quantities are correct. Other Adhoc duties
The Package:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8.30am until 5.00pm (3pm Friday)
- £11.63ph
- 38 hours per week
- Onsite parking
- Canteen facilities
Essential Experience:
- Must be able to multi-task, communicate effectively and provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers / suppliers.
- Computer literacy is a must. Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook at a basic understanding and manipulation level
