Job description: Our local clients are actively seeking a Warehouse & Packing Operative to join their busy and successful team in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
As a Warehouse & Packing Operative you will be responsible for receipt and shipping of products, booking goods in and out of the Warehouse Management System, packing and inspection of the finished product and also kitting of components.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cycle counting of material
- Loading & unloading delivery/collection vehicles
- Preparing shipment pallets
- Packing & inspection of finished products
- Creating product lables
- Scanning products into the warehouse
- Use of forklift trucks
- Perform other warehouse duties as required
Skills & Experience:
- Previous Warehouse & forklift experience
- Previous experience of packing high value goods
- Must be physically able to lift heavy loads following H&S guidelines
- Previous use of Warehouse Management System.
Salary & Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7:30am until 4:30pm
Friday – 7:30am until 12:30pm
£26,00 per annum.
