Job description: Warehouse Shift ManagerRuncorn, WA7 3FZPermanent Position.45 hours per week. Working on a night shift. Starting at 10pm and finishing at 6am on a Sunday to Thursday basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for:Key Accountabilities:
- Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full.
- Providing a high quality service to suit customers’ needs.
- Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives.
- Supervising a team of operatives on the night shift
- Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Managing the stock integrity through the inbound and outbound process.
- Ensure loading standards and compliance are maintained.
- Provide a high standard of hygiene within the warehouse and depot environment.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
- Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team.
- Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG.
- Manual Handling
- Customer Service
