We are working with a company who are at the forefront of providing innovative engineered systems to a global customer base. They have some very exciting projects on the horizon and therefore are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to come in and lead small warehouse and stores team.
Your daily duties will include:
- Providing daily guidance and leadership to the Warehouse and Stores teams
- Supporting on warehouse and storage projects, such as layout / space maximisation
- Ensure all materials and components are issued to manufacturing efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring stock accuracy and investigating and anomalies
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader / Stores Supervisor type role where you have led a team
- Excellent knowledge of Warehouse principles and experience of working to and/or implementing lean practices
- Good knowledge of MRP or similar system
- Qualifications within Warehousing and Distribution disciplines would be extremely advantageous
More about the role:
- Hours – 7.00am-3.30pm Monday to Friday
- Start date: ASAP following interview process
- Rate – £33,000 per annum
- Interviews to take place week commencing 26th February
