Permanent position working a late shift (11:30 – 20:.00 Monday – Thursday 10:30 -19:00 Fridays

Typical duties

  • Organising staff (circa 25) to ensure all order picking is completed daily
  • Ensuring incoming goods are processed and located in the correct locations within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Analysing KPI’s to ensure the data is accurate and relevant.
  • Stock control functions
  • Facilitating planning of stock locations for optimum use of available space.
  • Co-ordinating PI count
  • Overseeing customer returns.
  • Managing & prioritising live orders from various customer portals

Person Specification

  • This is a fast-paced environment and would suit someone who is looking to take a step up from Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor
  • To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and is a good people leader and motivator
  • Have stock control experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook and using a Warehouse Management System
  • Experience of Warehouse Management Systems.

Nice to have:

  • E Commerce.
  • Project Lead.
  • Customer Returns
  • Dispute resolution
  • Forklift truck licences (electric counterbalance & pivot steer) would be an advantage
