Job description: Weekend Warehouse Supervisor Required for Automotive Parts Distribution Centre
Our well-established and rapidly growing client is currently looking for a Weekend Supervisor for their site on Grange Mill Lane is Sheffield S9.
Shift – there are 2 options :
- 24 hours per week working Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- or
- 40 hours per week working Saturday to Wednesday
Hours of work :
- Saturday- 07-30 16-00
- Sunday – 07-30 17-00
- Monday to Wednesday – 10-30 to 19-00 – Wednesday finish early taking the hour back.
This is initially a temporary role with a chance of becoming permanent for the right person.
Pay rate :
- £10.42 per hour plus £100 per month supplement for working 40 hours per week
- If you also hold a current and valid FLT counterbalance then the pay rate is uplifted
Role / responsibilities :
- Supervising a team of 10 workers
- Ensuring that work targets are met
- Take responsibility for ensuring that H&S standards are met
- Development of team members through training
- Supporting the team by completing orders by picking and packing of the products
- Stock re-allocation and loading/unloading of containers with FLT (if applicable)
