YOUR ROLE

Our operation in Kettering is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor where you will ensure efficient and safe operation of warehousing and distribution activity.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a team of up to 5 direct reports ensuring work is allocated effectively to meet operational targets and KPI’s and SLA. You will maximize the use of appropriate systems and resources to fulfil customer orders and ensure all key performance indicator targets are met in line with budgeted costs.

You will build excellent working relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standard. You will take responsibility to ensuring colleagues are adequately trained within the operation to cover any sickness, absence and holiday whilst maintaining operational excellence. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement.

The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate you will have previous experience in a similar role. You will have experience in leading a team. You will be a strong communicator with high levels of attention to detail. You will be IT literate and be able to use programs like Excel, Word etc. You will be customer focused and have an ability to work to deadlines.
