Join our Glendronach warehousing team at an exciting time where both the warehouse and the distillery are expanding. Be an integral part of the day to day running of the warehouses and help promote an efficient and safe working environment.
You will coordinate warehousing operations to maintain the efficient operation of all warehouses and control cost to budget. You’ll lead and manage in a manner consistent with company culture, objectives, practices, and policies. You’ll provide operational direction, training and consistency to enhance safety, productivity, quality and compliance.

In partnership with the Warehouse Manager you will develop the warehousing schedule to meet targets and maximize production efficiency.

You will provide leadership and vision to the warehousing team to meet short and long-term operating objectives. You’ll accomplish reactive and proactive objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and result measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.

You will ensure reliability and consistency of the warehousing operation, product quality, governmental and COMAH compliance, employee safety, and environmental impact.

You will ensure the efficient utilisation of warehousing operations to produce high quality work within the prescribed standard operating procedures for safety, quality, cost, environmental impact, and compliance.

In partnership with the Warehouse Manager you will provide leadership and vision to the warehousing operators to meet short and long-term operating objectives.

You will foster an environment that is inclusive of everyone; driving accountability at all levels and valuing the contributions of all employees.

What You Bring to the Table:

Demonstrated understanding of whisky warehousing operations and equipment, continuous improvement methodologies, as well as quality, safety and environmental practices.
Demonstrated inclusive leadership and excellent communication skills. Ability to build and sustain excellent business relationships internally and externally.
