RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warehouse Team Leader assists the warehouse leader to manage operations associated with the maintenance and integrity of the Warehouse and Warehouse Management System, in a manner which maximises Health & Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity, by complying with all processes and procedures in place. The role involves building and managing the budget for UK logistics.
Your main focus :
- Be responsible for managing warehouse operators to conduct the logistics storage operations in the UK, including the 3rd party logistics.
- Direct the management of all stockholding locations in UK and Inventory control
- Have input to the maintenance and development of all relevant systems, paying specific attention to the development of finished goods Warehouse Management System and to the Coty SAP system processes and procedures.
- Co-operate with other regions and teams to ensure that UK warehouse logistics support the achievement of Coty delivery service and cost objectives
- Identify non-compliance and take effective, swift action to rectify, coaching employees as appropriate.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Follow all Company Safety Procedures and adhere to all processes, procedures and guidelines in place.
- Be accountable for the prevention of accidents through the execution of pro-active safety management systems and techniques.

The team consists of up to 7 operators and you will work closely together with several departments such as Packing, Quality and transport teams as well as external suppliers All your colleagues are energetic , create an inclusive and work to a high level of efficency and accuracy under a foundation of safety and quality
