Our client is looking for Warehouse Team Leaders who are seeking a great Permanent opportunity in their state-of-the-art function in Coventry.

The perfect candidate for a Warehouse Team Leader will have experience working within a warehouse environment, who are looking to build an ongoing career with a reputable company for the foreseeable future, training is provided from day 1 to ensure you can integrate into the environment.

Shift and Pay:

Monday to Friday – 22:00-07:00

Salary is £29,244 per annum

Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not be limited to):

  • Assist Warehouse management to manage and motivate the team to meet customer timescales and improved productivity
  • Provide guidance to Warehouse Operatives on general day to day operational queries as they arise
  • Work with the team to provide support on identified issues, escalating to Warehouse management where required
  • Maintain quality standards
  • Ensure team productivity targets are achieved
  • Provide training to all team members to ensure they are able to undertake their duties effectively, efficiently and safely
  • Ensure all team members have completed the necessary Health & Safety training

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience within an Operative position
  • Experienced approach to prioritisation of daily tasks
  • A common-sense approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a pressurised environment
  • Comfortable working to strict deadlines
  • Great communication skills
