We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at ERA Home Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the warehouse functions. Managing the staff and the customer’s needs. Developing the team and driving continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
- Review manning levels ensuring all roles are covered
- Authorise the working of any Overtime, ensuring all reasons for Overtime are managed through Cascade on a weekly basis
- Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor to write and implement procedures for all Warehouse operations
- Training of the Warehouse team to achieve multi skilled operatives
- Compiling relevant reports on Warehouse performance
- Manage any time, attendance and disciplinary issues in a timely and professional manner

Expected salary: £27000 per year
