Job description: **BRAND NEW POSITION – WORKING IN A CLEAN, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT!** Our Client, a flower distributor based in Droitwich, are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing team, for on-going work with the potential for a permanent position after completing a successful trial period.

Duties include:

  • Managing Team Performances
  • Interacting and Motivating the Workforce
  • Addressing and Helping Rectify Employee Problems
  • Communicating Goals and Results

Pay Rate:

  • £12.50 Per Hour
  • £14.00 After a Successful 12-Week Period

Shift (5 out of 7 days):

  • Flexibility Required around Peak Periods
  • Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
