Job description: Working for a major 3PL warehouse provider on a leading fashion contract. Managing over 60 employees a shift and maintaining KPI, Service Levels, Productivity and Problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
– Managing people up to 30 per shift
– KPI management
– Maintaining SOP
– Full end to end inbound operations
– Managing finances and spend
– Excel data reporting

The Successful Candidate:
– Good people manager
– Proactive
– Warehouse experience in a 3PL / Fashion / Retail environment
– Good with analysis and Excel
– Data reporting
– Forward Thinking and Planning
