Salary: £22,589.11-£24,366.59 pa inclusive of London Weighting

Full Time equivalent Salary £26.637-£28,733pa inclusive

As London’s environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London’s wildlife, national parks and green spaces.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Mentor, Wellbeing and Enrichment Co-ordinator to join our Student Services team. Do you enjoy working with young people and are you passionate about helping them reach their full potential, do you have a passion or interest in the environment, then Capel Manor College is the right place for you!

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, compassion, be able to work in collaboration with all teams and have previous experience of working with young people who have mental health, learning difficulties or disabilities, wellbeing or personal development issues.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified mentor and have previously worked in an educational setting and supported young people with learning difficulties and disabilities and have experience of planning and organising events. They will have an understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, equality and diversity policies and procedures, be able to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service.
