Working Farm Manager
Job Description
Job title: Working Farm Manager
Company: MorePeople
Job description: If you are a head sprayer operator and ready for your time in management, look no further! Start a new challenge in 2024 with a management position in a great family arable farming enterprise spreading 1400ha.
You’ll get to work on a developing arable farm with support from a great team and guidance to success. You will bring your great attitude to learning and a drive to see your future career thrive with this business.
Agricultural qualifications will be great and anything you can bring to the table will be of value, however your soft skills and hands-ons experience will be just as valuable – adapting to a challenge, flexible to learning new things, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
You will be filling the boots of a long serving farm manager who has loved working for this team. Despite leaving the business, he won’t be going too far so as offered his support and guidance as you take the reins. There will be a strong team to look after, who will look after you too!
Ideally you will need to have knowledge of the commitments of a large arable business, as well as experience working with a variety of machinery. You will need a passion for farming and a strong knowledge of agricultural practices!
