Are you a Workshop Controller or similar looking for an exciting, days-based role working within a friendly tight-knit team at a well-established Automotive dealership who pride themselves on their long-term staff retention and overtime to increase earnings?

This company has fast become one of the most well-established franchise automotive dealerships in the South-West dealing with a variety of automotive brands both new and used. They have been delivering their service for over 25 years and due to a coworker moving on from the business are looking for a new Workshop Controller to join their team.

In this varied role you will be working out of the branch in Bristol, becoming an integral part of a productive team where you will be running the day-to-day function of the Service Department. Other responsibilities include controlling warranty processes and driving workshop performance to meet targets. You will work a Monday – Friday shift pattern of 08:00am – 17:30pm.

This days-based role would suit a Workshop Controller or similar looking for an exciting role within a friendly tight-knit team at a well-established company where they can drive their own team to meet targets to gain additional earnings.

The Role:

• Driving the flow of work through the workshop and allocating work
• Measure and report technician effectiveness, productivity, and utilization daily
• Monday-Friday shift pattern 08:00am – 17.30pm

The Person:

• Workshop Controller or similar
• Automotive background
• Commutable to Bristol
